Regs and Entry form now added to the above post.

Hope to see as many of you out for this one as possible, last round before the Hewison Autotest in November.

Marshals also needed on the day so if you can help out that would be great.

Call Philip on 087 268 6333 if you can lend a hand or for any questions or queries.

See you Sunday week!

Philip, Richard & the TDC have kindly allowed me to use this event to raise money for a great cause and, hopefully, add an extra bit of fun to the proceedings.

For the month of October, Nissan will donate €50 to Breast Cancer Ireland for every testdrive taken in one of their cars.

Following the main competition on Sunday and, while the results are being compiled, all signed-on competitors will be invited to do one test in a PINK Micra that I'll have with me. No practise - just sit in and go! There will be a small prize for the fastest beginner and the fastest non-beginner on the test.

For every person that takes an (auto)testdrive, €50 will be donated to Breast Cancer Ireland.

I'd love to raise €1,500 so please support the event.

Many thanks,

Stephen

A big thank you to all competitors who turned out for this event today, hope you all enjoyed the tests and the weather didn't put you off your driving too much!

Special thanks must go to Ciaran Freeney, Ciaran Nutty, Ron Corry, Peter Auerbach, Bill White and Tim Faulkner for standing out in the torrential downpours but at the same time keeping things moving very efficiently.

Big thanks also to Richard for the very efficient results this afternoon!

Stephen and Zoë briggs also deserve huge mention for their organisation of the Micra Autotest that finished off preceedings today, raising over €1000 for Breast Cancer Ireland in conjunction with Nissan is a fantastic achievement and all who took part deserve a special thanks for doing their bit to contribute.

Next TDC event will be the Howard Wilde Memorial Hewison Autotest on the 16th of November in Mondello.

Thanks again,

Philip.

Great day out today. Really enjoyed the tests. Many thanks to Philip & Richard for putting on this really fun event and for all the marshals making it possible by standing out in the pouring rain all day. Thanks also to Stephen for the spin in the Micra and the donation to Breast cancer Ireland.

Thanks to the organisers and marshalls for working in terrible conditions to run a great fun event.

Fantastic to see strong numbers of beginners and growing numbers of ladies.

Thanks, also, to everyone who took a run in the Micra - you helped raise €1,050 for Breast Cancer Ireland. Hope you enjoyed it!

That was simply just totally enjoyable.

Well done to Phillip & Richard.
