Post Online Entry Forms Available Now! Reply with quote
Due to the ever increasing way we use technology in our day to day lives we have decided to give the method in which we accept entries for events a revamp and start taking electronic online entry forms for events going forward.

The new method aims to speed up waiting times at check in on the morning of an event and also to maximise the number of completed entries we receive prior to an event, allowing us to better plan for numbers with regards to marshals, food, parking etc.

For each event going forward, you will find a link to the Online Entry Form alongside the traditional Entry Form and copy of the event Regulations. All we require for a completed entry is for you to fill out the fields as accurately as possible and submit the information.

We will look after everything else, including printing out a copy of your entry form that will be available for signing at check in prior to event start. There is no facility or need to print out your entry form, once you get the confirmation message at the end, your entry has been submitted.

We have also simplified the PayPal payment process, with a link to our PayPal page and entry fees appearing once you have submitted your entry allowing a smoother transition from entry to payment. It is still possible to pay for multiple entries using one PayPal transaction.

It should be noted that the new Online Entry Form is not designed to replace the traditional copy of the Regulations which will still be available in Word format for each event. It is understood that you will continue to read through the Event Regulations and note any tyre restrictions, class changes, new rules etc. to be fully informed before submitting an entry using either entry method.

The first event that will use the Online Entry Form is our Club Autotest taking place on Sunday the 14th of October, and all details can be found here.

We look forward to hearing any feedback on the new system and please don't hesitate to get in touch if you are having any difficulties or have any queries.

Philip
