Regulations & Online Entry Form now available below.

Regulations

Tyre Regulations

Please carefully note the following points prior to submitting your entry;

1. This will be the first event where new Tyre Regulations will be in place. All competitors should familiarise themselves with the bulletin available at this link.

2. We will run a maximum of 90 competitors on the day. Once this initial entry has been filled we will start a reserve list to a maximum of 100 entries.

3. The closing date for entries is one day earlier than normal, at 5pm Tuesday the 18th of January. This is to give the organising committee sufficient time for the significant administration required for this event.

4. No entries, reserve or otherwise, will be accepted after the closing date. Any reserve entries taken up until the closing date may be accommodated on a first come, first served basis subject to earlier entries being withdrawn. You will be notified if this is the case.

5. All competitors must complete an entry form, regardless of whether they are a double driver or not. It is not sufficient to simply declare a double driver on the first competitors entry form.

6. Payments must be made prior to the closing date via PayPal. Please endeavour to pay your entry fee at the time of entry. Any entries not paid prior to the closing date may be withdrawn and your place given to a reserve competitor.

Please feel free to contact myself or the CoC if there are any questions you may have.

Thanks to all competitors for being so prompt with their entries.

We have now filled the main field of 90 entries.

We have now started a reserve list for a maximum of 10 reserve entries.

If you are unable to compete please advise ASAP so that we can give an entry to a competitor on the reserve list.

Competitors are once again reminded that new tyre regulations are in place for this event and should familiarise themselves with the bulletin linked in the above post, and relevant tyre lists contained within it. Penalties/exclusion for non-compliance will be enforced.

As a summary, the following tyres previously used extensively among competitors are now no longer permitted for use;

Yokohama A048
Yokohama A050
Yokohama A052
Yokohama A021/A021R (with the exception of 'Retro' cars as definied in the bulletin)
Yokohama AD08R/AD08RS
Toko Proxes R1R
Toyo Proxes R888/R888R
Nankang NS-2R
Nankang AR-1
Extreme VR3

The above list is not exhaustive so please carefully read the bulletin and if you are in any doubt about what tyres you can use, please get in touch.
